Deliver excellent in-depth technical support to the regional team members in determining and resolving transmission related issues and formulating O&M spares with aspect to half and annual usage in O&M. Collect data from sources such as project design drawings, Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP), environmental assessments, and design reports to conduct analysis of O&M expenditures for new proposals. • Proved instrumental in Huawei NMS server U2000 for TXN network visibility and report extracting. Devised second level tickets with CS team of vendor for resolving TXN and problematic MW HUB link issues.

Delivered technical solutions through troubleshooting ALCATEL 9500 MXC (SDH), 1650SMC, 1642 EM, 1660 SM (ADM), AWY 9400, MPR 9500 links, and Huawei RTN 900 series. Expertly identified and documented trends in service effecting outages and diagnosed critical, major, and minor fault in Microwave links of Huawei & Alcatel –Lucent in CMPAK network within the north region.
• Exercised hands-on approach and effective controls to offer support in determining problems occur in Network on 24/7 basis and ensuring SLA for problem solving process.
• Built collaborative rapport and engaged with other departments to reduce MTTR values by site interventions, TT generations, and fix all GSM cellular network service effecting alarms.
BSS Back Office Engineer
